From 1-65 take Airport Blvd Exit #3. Keep right at the Fork to go to Airport Blvd. Head West on Airport then turn right on Hillcrest Road (Alabama Power Building). Go to the light at Hillcrest and Old Shell Road. Proceed straight through the light onto USA Campus Drive straight along Cleverdon Pkwy. Turn Right onto Brannan Way. Turn Left onto John Counts Drive. Turn left at the stop sign onto Hillsdale Road. Take an immediate left and follow road (unnamed) to Athletic Complex. Classroom is located in the back of the building next to the weight room.

Instructors
- Paul Brueske - Paul Brueske is the Head Track & Field Coach at the University of South Alabama. He is a Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Instructor in the Throws, Jumps and Multi Events. Paul has gained NCAA cross country & track coaching experience at South Alabama and Ferris State. He has produced numerous All Conference, NCAA Regional qualifiers at both institutions. Prior to USA he had very successful stints at St. Paul’s Episcopal School, Mobile, AL; UMS-Wright, Mobile, AL and McGill Toolen Catholic High, Mobile, AL. At the High School level, he produced numerous individual and team State Champions at each High School. Brueske holds certifications from USA weightlifting and the International Sports Science Association. He is also the Alabama USATF Coaching Education Chairman.
- Bill Quina - Quina is the St. Luke’s Level I Instructor for the Sprints/Hurdles/Relays. He is a Level I and Level II Certified USATF Coach. Bill has 32 years experience successfully coaching at the High School Level as an Assistant Coach at St. Paul’s Episcopal School for 22 years and 8 years at Leflore High school as an Assistant Track Coach, both in Mobile,AL. Quina has produced over 100 individual State Champions in the Sprints, Hurdles and High Jump. He has coached 38 State Champion Boys and Girls Relay Teams. This has contributed to the 60 Team State Championship titles won while at St. Paul’s Episcopal High School in Mobile, AL. He ran Track at Murphy High in Mobile, AL for the Legendary Fred Carley.
- Joe Williams - Williams is the St. Luke’s Level 1 USATF school Director. He is the Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach at Spring Hill College and the Head Track coach at St. Luke’s Episcopal Upper School in Mobile, Al. Joe is a USATF Level 1 and Level 2 Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and Endurance Coach. William has gained NAIA and NCAA cross country and track coaching experience at Spring Hill College, South Alabama and Northwest Missouri State. He has successfully coached cross country and track at the club, middle school, high school and collegiate levels. Williams has produced numerous individual Conference Champions, Team Champions, State Champions and All Americans at ALL Levels. Joe was a four time National qualifier in Cross Country while attending the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, OK.
